Crossings charges 3% up to a maximum of $5,000 to list your property paid at closing for full-service real estate services.  Our listing agreements still offer a full 3% commission to buyers' agents.  If Crossings represents you as a buyer, we will refund up to 20% of our commission to you as the buyer.

As a Seller, we help you price your home utilizing expert market analysis, help stage your home, take professional photos, market the home via the MLS and multiple other websites (including Zillow/Trulia/Realtor.com), manage showings and offers, negotiate on your behalf, and see the transaction through to title.
