How is Crossings different?

Crossings charges 3% up to a maximum of $5,000 to list your property paid at closing for full-service real estate services.  Our listing agreements still offer a full 3% commission to buyers' agents.  If Crossings represents you as a buyer, we will refund up to 20% of our commission to you as the buyer.

Nope.  Every dollar above $5,000 generally associated with paying an agent's commission goes back to you in the form of savings if we represent you as the seller. If we represent you as the buyer, we will refund up to 20% of our commission to you at closing.  Nothing hidden.

As a Buyer, we help you with financing, search for homes, show you homes, handle your offers, manage the paperwork, see the transaction through to title, and negotiate to get you the best price. As a Seller, we help you price your home utilizing expert market analysis, help stage your home, take professional photos, market the home via the MLS and multiple other websites (including Zillow/Trulia/Realtor.com), manage showings and offers, negotiate on your behalf, and see the transaction through to title.
